Credit Executive of the Year 2001" at the Annual Meeting. Bob has been

As a member of CMA's Strategic Planning Committee since 1992,
Bob has been the driving force behind CMA's E-commerce initiative - which
was his brainchild almost three years ago, then known as Creditlinks. This
soon-to-be-released project will include a new website called ANSCERS.com
as its cornerstone, which will revolutionize the way CMA's services are delivered
to its members. Bob was elected to CMA's Board of Directors in 1995, became
its Treasurer in 1999 and is now serving as Vice Chairman for 2001-2002.
Presentation of the award was made by Gyan Maharaj, CCE, of
Buckles Smith Electric Co., last year's Credit Executive of the Year. The
selection of the winner of this most prestigious award is made by a committee
of former winners who thoroughly review the qualifications of the nominees
as submitted by the members. Members are encouraged to start thinking about
their peers who may be candidates and submit their names when the time comes
for next year's selection.

Her professional, caring attitude towards her responsibilities, our customers,
