California and Nevada NSF Check Service is $12.99 per
check.

The PreCollect service is priced at $10 per account for
non-members.

The Creditor may NOT withdraw an account that is in legal
service without paying FULL fees.

Accounts in PreCollect Service can be withdrawn within
the thirty-day period, no questions asked.

Return of Merchandise for credit will be charged at the
contingent rate for that account.

"I have now turned over about six accounts in a two month period and
two have been collected, two have gone to legal action, and two are still in
the collection process. Personally, I think these figures show that CMA collectors
don't drag their feet trying to "beat a dead horse, and recommend legal
action when they feel it is appropriate. I also get updates and recommendations
and will continue to turn over accounts.
