If you are having trouble finding the time to contact your
past-due accounts, CMA has a FREE member service for you. Our PreCollect
Service is designed to effect payment from past due customers. PreCollect
Service accounts are sent two payment request letters within a 30 day period.
Our letters request that payment be sent direct to your company. If there
is no payment within the thirty-days, and you have not withdrawn the account,
then CMA Collection Division will proceed with immediate collection action
at our contingent rates.
PreCollect is $10 per account for non-members
