history as the largest affiliate office of the National Association
of Credit Management (NACM).

and successful debt collection services to CMA's members and non-members.

For over 15 years, CMA has maintained
membership in the Commercial Collection Agency Section of the Commercial
Law League of America (CLLA). As a member, CMA participates in the
Triad, using only bonded commercial collection attorneys who are
also members of the CLLA.

CMA's collectors have an average of eighteen
years of experience, they provide above industry standard recovery
(based on the CLLA average recovery figures), and quality customer
service.

CMA deposits all collected moneys in trust
accounts
bearing our clients' name, never in operating accounts.

CMA carries a $500,000 bond, and an Errors and
Omissions Insurance policy of $1.5 million.
