This handy guide simplifies the complicated and confusing process of filing
notices, liens and bond claims in the construction industry. The National
Lien Digest is available in several editions and formats. The U.S. Edition
is available in two formats, binder or on disk. Also available is a "Canadian
Edition" and a "Customized Edition" that allows a subscriber
to select the notice, lien and bond claim information of any 4 states or
provinces. These digests provide the time and information requirements needed
to serve a notice and file a lien or bond claim. As statutes change, updates
